We take utmost care in dispatching quality products. However, yes, you can reject the products if they do not meet your expectations. Security deposit refund will be processed within 7 working days.
All our products undergo a rigorous quality check before dispatch. In case of damage during transit or if a product is unfit for use, payrentz will replace it at no additional cost.
A monthly postpaid rental invoice will be sent to your registered email address on the last day of every month. Payments are due by the 7th day of the following month.
No, the security deposit cannot be used to offset monthly rental dues or any other amount payable to payrentz during an active rental subscription.
A late fee of ₹100 per rental invoice will be charged on the 8th of each month for overdue payments.
Yes, you can change your rental subscription plan's tenure during your ongoing subscription. Upgrading tenure (shorter to longer tenure): No charges applied. Rent pertaining to the revised rental tenure will be updated. Downgrading tenure (longer to shorter tenure): An invoice will be generated for the difference in rent, retroactively calculated from the start of your subscription.
Yes, you can. To ensure a smooth transition, please submit a relocation request at least one week in advance. Relocation charges apply based on the distance, and the process is subject to address proof verification and serviceability at your new location.
Yes, inform us a week in advance to execute necessary documentation and activate the new client profile.
Log in to your dashboard to register a service request (support ticket). Ongoing service will be managed at no additional cost. Please do not engage a third party for product repairs or services.
In the event of unintentional damage, lodge a service request with details. Repair costs will be charged at actuals. In cases of irreparable damage, the cost of the product will be recovered.

You can submit a cancellation request online through your dashboard with a week notice period for a hassle-free closure. Short-notice charges apply for priority pick-up requests.
Security deposit will be refunded in 2-3 working days after our quality team confirms that the products have been returned in good condition.
