Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing payrentz as your preferred rental partner. We always endeavor to ensure that our customers have a rewarding and memorable experience during the complete tenure of the rental contract. We request our customers to read the detailed terms and conditions provided in our website and the complete refund policy.

payrentz validates and verifies all documents submitted by the customer at the time of placing the order. If the documents or details shared are found to be discrepant or not in adherence to the client onboarding norms, payrentz reserves the right to reject the customer’s order any time prior to delivery at its sole discretion without assigning any reason. Security deposit and handling charges paid by the client will be refunded to the account details provided (at the time of onboarding) by the customer within 7 days. Refunds of any duplicate payments will be processed via the same source (original method of payment) within 10 working days after you have submitted your request.

Customer can cancel an order before the agreed date of delivery without any extra cost. All our products are subjected to quality checks before loaded for delivery. However, if the customer doesn’t prefer to take delivery due to defect or non-functionality, customer may choose to cancel the order placed or return the products at the time of delivery. If the decision is communicated at the time of delivery, it will be considered as cancellation of delivery prior to delivery and full refund will be initiated. Security deposit and handling charges paid by the client will be refunded to the account details provided (at the time of onboarding) by the customer within 7 days.

Modification of orders prior to delivery can be accommodated with prior communication to us through the customer support helpline or email. Delivery commitments could undergo changes due to modification. Rent, security deposit and handling charges will also undergo changes as per modified order. Any excess amount paid by the customer which arises due to modification of order shall be duly refunded to the client within 7 working days to the bank account details submitted by the customer at the time of onboarding.

Early closure charges will be calculated for products returned before the end of the chosen tenure. Early closure charge is calculated based on the selected tenure and category of products. Early closure charge is a multiple of the monthly Rent, which is decided by the tenure of the rental contract chosen at the time of placing the order.

Refundable and interest free security deposit paid by the customer at the time of placing the order shall be processed within 7 days to the customer after receipt of confirmation from payrentz quality team that the products are returned in good condition. Refund will be initiated to the account details maintained in the client’s profile /dashboard. In case of any pending monthly rent, late fees for delayed rental payment, early closure charges and/or damage charges, payrentz reserves the right to deduct the said amount from security deposit paid by the customer and shall refund the remaining amount. Customer cannot request at any time during the relationship for any dues to be adjusted from the security deposit.
